RIP Nims - #Legend
I hear the death of Nirmal “Nims” Purja MBE — known to the world as Nimsdai, has now been confirmed.
A former Gurkha and Special Boat Service veteran, Nims redefined the boundaries of high-altitude mountaineering.
His record-breaking ascents of all 14 eight-thousanders, the first winter ascent of K2, and his unbreakable determination inspired millions across the globe.
His courage, resilience and relentless pursuit of the impossible will never be forgotten.
Our thoughts are with his family, friends and all who knew him.
Rest in peace, Nims.
Fair winds and following seas.
Kevin Keegan was more than a football legend. He made us believe again, inspired generations, and gave us unforgettable memories. A true hero, a remarkable human being. Never forgotten. Thank you KK. #RipKingKev #NUFC
Given Hadjar is starting back of the grid.
I love @F1 - the 'team orders' with @Isack_Hadjar slowing down to give @Max33Verstappen a tow / slip stream. Is this allowed @MBrundleF1 @bernie_collins1 @SkySportsF1 given no flags?
