It helps the Industry funds to retain members funds as members were opting for SMSF’s that could purchase property. I don’t, not for one second, believe this was a geeens idea - they were only interested in the NDIS piece. I believe that Labor threw this in to help out their mates in the industry fund movement.

Albo lectures the country that One Nation “divides Australians.” Mate, you wrote the script. Housing tax changes (negative gearing / CGT) — young buyers vs existing owners and investors “Downsize / wealthy generation” line — working-age and young vs retirees who own homes High immigration vs lagging housing and services — current residents vs new arrivals Treaty / truth-telling after Voice lost — equal citizenship vs race-based institutions Net zero cost burden — city climate voters vs regions and energy-heavy industries Union-first IR laws — unionised workplaces vs non-union and small business Hate-speech / online regulation — protected groups vs everyone else’s speech Official multiculturalism — ethnic/religious blocs vs a single national identity As one of, if not THE, most divisive leaders in Australian politics, you – taxed the old to bribe the young – told retirees to sell the house – kept the migration tap on while homes ran out – pushed treaty after the Voice was voted down – loaded regions with net-zero bills – wrote IR laws for unions, not workers – and now wants to police who can say what You don’t oppose division. You industrialised it. You just don’t like the party that stopped pretending it was ‘fairness’ and exposed you and your policies for what they are!

🚨 LABOR CALLS ALBANESE A “WORKERS’ HERO.” THE SHOPPING RECEIPT CALLS HIS BLUFF. GDP grew just 0.4% in the June quarter, GDP per person went nowhere and productivity was flat. Wages rose 3.2% over the year, but rent, groceries, power and mortgages keep swallowing the gains. Tax cuts and award rises matter. But a government claiming to champion workers must answer the only test that counts: are Australian families actually getting ahead? #auspol #CostOfLiving #RealWages #Productivity #Albanese #Labor

The Prime Minister has declared war on us because we chose a different path from his government. He paints everyday people as “hard-right”. He slandered us and branded us DANGEROUS, DIVISIVE and DISHONEST. Instead of fixing the country’s problems, he points the finger at us and blames ordinary people for his government’s failures. You won’t defeat us! 🇦🇺

They (politicians) need to be aware of their rhetoric and how what they say has the potential to activate a lunatic…

Albo’s “dangerous, divisive, dishonest” rant after One Nation took Secret Harbour wasn’t analysis. It was a confession. Every accusation he flung at Pauline was a selfie of himself and the ALP. Projection at its finest. The more this man talks the bigger the swing. He still thinks voters hate One Nation. They don’t. They hate him. Keep the microphone on, Albo. You’re their best recruitment officer.

A state can unban many aspects of Nuclear in preparation for the eventual federal unbanning of Nuclear power. A state can: Repeal its own nuclear and uranium prohibitions and pass a state planning and licensing framework so projects can move the day Canberra lifts EPBC and ARPANS restrictions. Identify former coal sites, grid connection points and water sources. Build workforce pathways, university courses and regulator capacity. Commission SMR and large-plant studies. Lift any remaining uranium-mining ban and pursue export projects that already sit under federal assessment. Use National Cabinet and a public inquiry or plebiscite to lock in political mandate. Refer power to the Commonwealth if a single national statute is wanted. None of that builds a reactor. It means the state is first in line when federal law changes.

Dear Lefties, One Nation didn’t pinch Secret Harbour because the voters woke up one morning, clutched their pearls and whispered “Pauline?” like she’d just walked out of a fog machine. They pinched it because Luke Herdegen owns five gyms. Actual gyms. The kind with dumbbells, leaking air-con and people who still have to pay rent. He signs the leases. He meets payroll. He talks to the same locals every week instead of talking about them in a staffer Slack channel. Skin in the game. Calluses. Risk. The old-fashioned stuff you people treat like a hate crime. You sent Georgia Tree. University degree. Labor member since 2013. Staffer to a federal minister. Then a government-relations gig at Woodside so she could “engage stakeholders” without ever having to ask a customer why the direct debit bounced. Classic conveyor belt: campus politics → taxpayer-funded staffing job → “safe seat” as the participation trophy. She’d never risked her own money. Never looked a ratepayer in the eye when the bills came due. Just the usual resume-stamping tour of the professional-politician industrial complex. That model is cooked. The public is over professional politicians who treat electorates like LinkedIn internships with better catering. They want candidates who take the same risks as the people they’re asking to vote for them — not another graduate of the “I once wrote a press release” finishing school. No more lifetime tickets. The assembly line is broken. The factory is on fire. The HR department is crying. Get used to it. Or don’t. The voters already have.

Labor called Secret Harbour safe. 11.5% margin. Mortgage belt. “Nothing to see here.” Then the voters arrived. Sick of the lies. Sick of the cost of living. Sick of Labor and the Liberals taking turns wrecking the same country and calling it government. One Nation didn’t nick the seat. They flattened the margin and left Labor explaining how a “safe seat” became a crime scene. That’s not a swing. That’s a revolt. 🥳🥳🥳

Labor & the Greens just blocked urgent debate on Pauline Hanson’s bill to stop foreign terrorist fighters returning to Australia. 15+ ISIS-linked women have returned under Labor. Two on serious terror/slavery charges are free on bail. 13 men, including “Dr Jihad” could be next from Baghdad. Labor says it’s powerless. Hanson offered a solution. They voted no. Outrageous!
