Bitcoin Perpetual Price Agnostic Bid Theory A Structural, Perpetual, and Price-Agnostic bid for Bitcoin is emerging from surging institutional and retail demand for Bitcoin-capitalized credit instruments. Bitcoin backed Preferreds, Bitcoin Bonds, Bitcoin Mortgages, and Credit Lines / Term Loans collateralized by Bitcoin — all require the issuer or borrower to acquire and permanently lock up large amounts of BTC as treasury reserves or collateral for the long term (often decades). Because the Bitcoin is pledged and sidelined rather than sold, each new issuance or loan creates fresh, inelastic buying pressure on spot Bitcoin. This demand is largely independent of Bitcoin’s current price level: whether BTC is at $70k or $700k, the structural need to back these instruments with actual BTC persists and grows as more capital flows into the products themselves. The result is a self-reinforcing, price-agnostic bid floor: the more popular these Bitcoin-leveraged credit products become, the more BTC must be bought and permanently removed from liquid supply — creating an ongoing, built-in perpetual buyer that does not rely on speculative price momentum. Bitcoin is no longer just a speculative asset. When someone hits the ask at 100 on @Strategy STRC, Bitcoin is purchased simultaneously. When @PeoplesReserve originates Bitcoin Bonds for your Corporate Treasury or Underwrites your Mortgage, Bitcoin is held for the duration of the instrument and for the Benefit of the Client. Current Demand, right now, it is becoming the foundational collateral layer for an entire new class of long-duration financial instruments, and that transformation itself generates relentless, price-insensitive demand. Now do US Treasury issued Bitcoin Bonds. The federal government can borrow at lower rates and back the stuff with a Bitcoin vs Fiat and the Coin is held in Treasury for the benefit of the Bondholder. NOT subject to the Whims of Corrupt Politicians like the SBR is and would be.

Reiterate...it's not Bitcoiners selling Brazil Elections...
Who’s selling Bitcoin now? That question permeates X on every down day. The answer is always TradFi or short term low conviction traders and over leveraged degens. Bitcoiners don’t panic sell every time DC lies to the American people about economic metrics. Bitcoiners don’t panic sell and rush to US Treasuries, that’s Wall Street. Bitcoiners don’t sell for USD unless we need to pay a bill. Except Saylor he loves USD now for some reason…maybe he spends too much time with Trump? Imagine holding 10% of your market cap in USD at 60K…. What Bitcoiner does this? What MSTR investor signed up for that? Speculative Attack not Love Fest!

Pretty much. As of the past few weeks, debt markets have almost entirely shut off access to money for any company that doesn’t have substantial revenue independent of AI data centers. SpaceX closed $40B of debt for GPUs, but we’re investment grade and have Starlink & launch revenue. That means the 200+ neoclouds are going to see guppy-level death and consolidation. Some will make it through, but not many.

The next truck. The second location. The equipment that pays for itself. Every growing business hits the same fork in the road: drain its reserves to fund it, or wait and lose the window. A third path is on the roadmap. The Bitcoin Bond Line of Credit (BBLOC) would let businesses borrow up to the full par value of the Treasury allocation while keeping their Bitcoin position intact. That’s what sets the Bitcoin Bond apart from conventional fixed income: Treasury-supported principal repayment, Bitcoin upside potential, and a planned credit line built around maturity value. Marked to maturity, rather than marked to market. The borrowing base would use Treasury par value instead of daily market prices—removing market-price-triggered margin calls and forced liquidations. The point isn't more debt. It's funding the opportunity without liquidating the position that was meant to compound ⚡ Build Wealth Smarter.

What if it were Painful to be Short MSTR against Bitcoin or USD? What if @saylor wasn't pandering to the naysayers and ratings agencies but aggressively wielding the Capital Stack to its advantage in search of EPS? Wall Street understands EPS and will give insane valuations to even the fleeting EPS of DRAM manufacturing or even no EPS for decades if it sees a GROWTH story and not an mNAV driven story. Be Disruptive, Force the issue, Buyback $2B worth of MSTR when the shorts would hate it most, like at 195 instead of the appeasement tour. 200 gets you 300 on the back of the shorts. Talking about wrecking the shorts while telling them you have no growth plan except STRC? Be Jane Street vicious and generate EPS with the Stack. Stop telegraphing every move. Transparency is great but it's also giving away the plan to the shorts and haters leaving them with no fear. Appeasement is Always seen as Weakness.

@PeoplesReserve we’ve REPLACED the Mortgage system entirely for Bitcoiners today and Gold Bugs (2027). Out: 7.5%, the Fed, Fannie Mae, Banks, Credit Scores, Income Coverage, DC Politicians In: Free Market Rates as low as 1% based on your Pristine Collateral, For the People! Way Simpler and do you see how much more your Bitcoin and Gold are worth as Pristine Collateral vs Money you Spend? Few.
Bitcoin’s financialization is broadening at the same moment the incumbent collateral system is becoming more dependent on short-duration funding and leveraged private buyers. The new system is not replacing the old one cleanly. It is entering through its balance sheets.

If the US Treasuries go to Zero your ROI goes to Approaching Infinity as Sat:USD Parity is achieved. Why would anyone invest in US Treasuries without Bitcoin attached? Few.
What's the worst case of a Bitcoin Bond? You get your money back. Held to maturity, Treasuries rebuild your principal to par. Even if Bitcoin goes to zero. Best case? Asymmetric upside with no ceiling. Name another product where the floor is par, and the ceiling is Bitcoin. Arguably the best risk-adjusted cash flow vehicle in the world ⚡ First auction: November 16. Build Wealth Smarter.

Hal said Banks. Would you rather that be JPM, BAC, WF, MS, GS or… MSTR, ASST, Metaplanet? Everyone fighting these firms as joining TradFi are missing the point that they Replace TradFi. @saylor or Jamie Dimon?
Bitcoin may take decades to become a day-to-day transactional currency, if it ever becomes one. In the meantime, more stable, USD Income-bearing senior tranches of Bitcoin-backed balance sheets may increasingly function as money, with Bitcoin serving as the underlying reserve asset. Just as Hal Finney predicted in 2010: “I see Bitcoin as ultimately becoming a reserve currency for banks, playing much the same role as gold did in the early days of banking.”

Bitcoin Bonds are here! Nov 16-18th first Auction. 5 & 10 yr. @PeoplesReserve is pushing the Efficient Frontier, Disrupting MMT, and Modern Portfolio Theory. Someone had to do it and hopefully we can drive the narrative that the Federal Government should be doing this to lower cost of capital for taxpayers while piling up Bitcoin in Treasury for the Benefit of the Bondholders. NOT subject to the whims of politicians and DC. How much Bitcoin could be locked up in USTs for 10 years? I thought this was the point of XXI but that turned out to be a Trump X Tether Grift. Perpetual Price Agnostic Bid. Bitcoin Munis on Deck. We're not Stopping.

Yes! Bitcoin is Pristine Collateral Highest and Best Use case
The best collateral shouldn’t require blind trust. You should be able to: See it. Verify it. Price it. Move it. Bitcoin does all four. That’s why the bigger $BTC story may eventually be less about “digital money”… and more about digital capital. $BTC $SATA $SATS $ASST @PunterJeff

The MSTR Appeasement Tour the last 6 months has given people an unprecedented opportunity to Accumulate these shares for the Long Term. The Bitcoin on the balance sheet is like Gold in a Safe doing nothing. When they decide to unleash the power of the Massive Stack to generate EPS, LOOK OUT. You will never want to be short again. The first time Saylor decides to Punish the Shorts instead of Appeasing them, look out. 10X from here when Bitcoin rips to new highs. Add a Zero if they actually use the Stack to generate EPS. mNAV = dead metric. Wall Street only dishes out absurd multiples for Growth Companies. No amount of explaining Digital Credit another 127 ways will change that. Preferreds have been around since 1822....
