you could ink them with a qr tag that tells you if the note is carrying solana or not. each bill would have to carry the exact amount of solana it lists, regardless of price action. it's loadable only in the amount specified on the bill. the note is its own wallet, custody can be transferred between parties. as a collectors item, people can trade them for more of course.
You know what would be epic. If you could actually print these, ink them with a QR that would be an exact, monetized amount of a Solana backed token, depositable and retrievable onchain.
