Roof Ops LLC in Kalispell, MT is gaming the H-1B system to skip over American workers. They're importing "Senior Accountants" (Case I-200-26127-881086 & I-200-26139-926204) at $83,200/year. There is no "talent shortage" for accountants in the US. None. Roof Ops bypassed local Montana counsel for Soumya Konuri and Konuri Law in Texas. Konuri is originally from Andhra Pradesh, India, and specializes in building these exact pipelines. Look at the pattern: A Montana employer → a Texas lawyer from Andhra Pradesh → foreign labor. You don't need a map to see the pipeline. It's a system that shuts out American citizens. Jeremiah Foote and Roof Ops LLC: Why aren't American professionals your priority? Stop the H-1B abuse. Hire American. And most importantly, if a company uses foreign workers over Americans, then boycott their business. That's how you send a clear message. Who bought @GovGianforte tech company Right Now for $1.5 billion? That's right, Oracles very own Larry Ellison. And now Greg wants to make Montana a beachhead for India. Starting to understand now?
Oracle America, Inc. filed 766 certified H-1B applications in FY2026. The people responsible: Oracle Corporation’s two CEOs, Clay Magouyrk and Mike Sicilia. 0.0% are at Level I (entry) wage. guestworkervisas.com/dm_orac…

It's wild that some American SJW's decided that every country needed to look like America. They went to places like Sweden and said, "Nope, we can't have this. Cities need to look like New York" for some reason. And then propagandized the world into believing it

It's uncanny how much of leftist discourse is emotional blackmail dressed up as argument; and it's striking how often it works on conservatives. In this case they're daring you to say something mean because they know your own morals prevent you from doing so. Don't be afraid to take the bull by the horns, don't let them browbeat you with your own morals as they destroy your beautiful bell tower. To break the spell, you have to speak it aloud.

Your name is Jean-Marc, you’re 46, and you run a video game and collectibles shop in Nice, wedged between an optician and a real estate agency selling 1-bed flats for €410,000 “with sea view” if you lean far enough off the balcony. You know every GTA San Andreas cheat by heart. You tested all of them in 2005 on the PS2 in your bedroom at your mum’s place. You opened in 2011 with a state-backed loan at 4.7%, and the naive belief that passion eventually pays. It did pay, sort of. €1,900 a month in a good year, after the French tax office has eaten first, second and third. Your commercial rent is indexed on a formula nobody in the Republic actually understands. You sell Funko Pops at €17.99, sealed Pokémon cards, refurbished controllers. You let little Enzo, 12, pay in installments because he’s saving for a Switch 2. You close at 7:30pm and walk home because the harbor parking is €3.40 an hour. Saturday, there’s a protest “against the cost of living.” You also think living costs too much. You almost went. At 5:12pm, your metal shutter gets ripped open with a crowbar. Forty teenagers in tracksuits and crossbody bags walk into your shop like it’s a bonus level. They take the PS5s, the Dragon Ball figures, the till with today’s €280 and even the box of paper bags that say “thank you for your visit.” A guy in a floral shirt films it vertically for TikTok. You step outside and say “stop, this is my shop.” You get hit from behind. Then rocks. They laugh. Floral shirt guy is thrilled: good angle, good lighting. Sunday morning, the police tell you there are “1,400 arrests nationwide” and they won’t send a squad for some Funko Pops. Filing the complaint takes 2 hours 40. The officer types with two fingers on Windows 7. Monday noon, your insurer reminds you that your €1,140-a-year policy has a €3,000 deductible and a “riots and civil commotion” exclusion on page 31, font size 6. Saturday night, an MP explains on TV that “the anger is legitimate” and we “shouldn’t cry over shop windows.” He’s never owned a shop window. He has a state-funded apartment. Sunday, your limited edition Vegeta figures show up on Vinted. “Brand new, never opened, €39, pickup in North Nice.” The seller has 4.9 stars. Monday, the tax office emails you. They haven’t heard about the riots. They’ve heard about your payment deadline. You did everything right, Jean-Marc. That was never the problem. The problem is you were playing by the rules in a lobby where nobody else does. So stop believing in the State. It’s not coming to save you. It’s coming to collect. Stop voting. Every five years they hand you the controller, and it’s never plugged in. Go to the gym. Not for revenge. For you. Because when the system folds, the only asset nobody can loot is the one you built under a barbell. And make money they can’t see. Cash, side hustles, sats on a cold wallet in a sock drawer. Not your keys, not your coins. Not your shop, not your loss. Fuck the system, Jean-Marc. It already did it to you first.

From Breadwinner to Broke: How Foreign Labor and Corporate Greed Stole the American Dream Post #8: L-1 and B-1: The Visa Loopholes You Never Heard About No Ads. No Locals. No Chance. In 2015, Southern California Edison laid off hundreds of American tech workers. Many were told to train their replacements, foreign workers flown in under the L-1 visa. One employee described the day as a funeral procession- Americans packing up their desks as foreign workers shadowed their every move. They had no chance to apply. No way to compete. They were cheaper. More compliant. And thanks to our visa system, perfectly legal. The H-1B visa gets all the headlines, but L-1 and B-1 are the quiet saboteurs. They don’t just replace workers, they erase the entire hiring process. L-1 visas allow multinational companies to transfer employees from a foreign office to a U.S. site. No labor market test. No wage protections. No requirement to even advertise the job to Americans. B-1 visas are for short business visits, but they’ve been abused as shadow work visas. Infosys paid $34 million for exploiting B-1s to fly in low-wage workers under the guise of training. The abuse didn’t stop there. How it works: Entire teams are shifted into U.S. offices under L-1s. No postings, no offers to locals. B-1 visa holders perform full-time duties while labeled as “meeting attendees.” Workers rotate every 11-18 months to avoid scrutiny. One former whistleblower called it “outsourcing without the flight.” Americans aren’t just losing jobs. They’re being denied the right to compete. Unlike H-1B, these visas have no numerical caps and almost zero oversight. No wage floors. No transparency. And no accountability when Americans are sidelined. If H-1B is controlled offshoring, L-1 and B-1 are the black market versions, hidden in plain sight. This isn’t about global talent. It’s about corporate shortcuts and complicit policies that erase Americans from their own economy. Who uses it? Disney Southern California Edison Facebook IBM Accenture Tata Infosys These aren’t loopholes. They’re the foundation of the new corporate playbook, built to erase you, quietly and legally. Quote from whistleblower: "They didn’t offshore the jobs. They onshored the foreign labor. We were just obstacles." Please like, share, comment and bookmark. It helps keep the post active for everyone to see before X buries it. As always, feel free to quote and post any article that you feel tells your story. Rewind of the complete breakdown of every VISA Series that launched the account. Look up Breadwinner for the whole series.

To every American, and to everyone watching France burn from abroad: Do not blame the French people for this. We never asked for it. We never voted for it. And the one time we were clearly asked, we said no. Here are the numbers your media won't show you. 70% of the French say there are too many immigrants in France today. 79% want a tougher immigration policy. 77% disapprove of the government's record on immigration. 83% want foreign criminals and long-term unemployed foreigners sent home. And no, it's not just the old. 69% of French 18 to 24 year olds support suspending legal immigration for three years. This is not a fringe. This is the French people. In 2005, we were asked if we wanted the European Constitution. 55% voted no. Three years later, our politicians passed the same text under another name, through parliament, without ever asking us again. That is modern France in one sentence. The people say no. The elites do it anyway. So who is responsible? The politicians who lied to us. A class of leaders formed in the same schools, the same forums, the same networks, loyal to each other before they are loyal to their nations. In 2017, at Harvard, Klaus Schwab, founder of the World Economic Forum, bragged about his Young Global Leaders program in four words: "We penetrate the cabinets." He added that it was true in France. Emmanuel Macron was one of his Young Global Leaders. It's the same project in Brussels with Ursula von der Leyen and in Paris with Macron. Borders treated as an obstacle. Nations treated as relics. The people treated as a problem to be managed. What you are watching in France is not the French people failing. It is the end of the globalist project, an abject, quasi-communist dream of a world run by unelected planners. It is collapsing everywhere in Europe at once, and the West has to cut this cancer out before it takes the rest of the body with it. The peoples of Europe don't want this. They never did. So when you see our town halls burning, don't say "the French chose this." The French never chose this. They were forced into it. If you're French and you agree, repost this so the world hears it from us. If you're American, look at us carefully. Then choose differently on November 3rd.

📰🚨Two years ago a liberal white heterosexual woman tried to sue me, a gay man, for speaking out against a children's drag queen cupcake decorating event with a p•rnogr•phic transvestite named Lucinda Reer (loose in the rear). The drag queen advertised his gig at Ms. Wohlfeil's bakery with a slogan that read "Let's play with some balls and wipe the cream off our faces". Ms. Wohfeil served me at my employer in Northern Door County during the middle of a busy Saturday night shift. She tipped off children's sexuality nonprofits and trans activists that her lawsuit would be the first of many to topple members of Gays Against Groomers (@againstgrmrs). The lapdog media gave Ms. Wohlfeil a year of favorable coverage. Her lawsuit was DISMISSED! She lost her case in the most liberal district of WI (Dane County) with a leftist judge. Last week a tax warrant was filed against Ms. Wohlfeil on CCAP. She could be facing jail 💥

Respectfully, you’re relying on academic arguments which don’t match reality. It’s, as you said, the episteme argument, not techne. The reality is that the H1B system in its current incarnation is fundamentally flawed. Much like Italian and Greek immigrants in the 50s, immigrants like to help their own. Look at actual tech organizations to see how rampant biased-hiring is for H1Bs. The notion that a low level computer programmer is equivalent to Furmi or Einstein is absurd. These people are not working on pushing the boundaries of science. They’re collecting upper-middle-class paychecks while fundamentally altering the cultural continuity of our communities. American immigration should be for only the best and brightest. If we don’t have sufficient engineers, financial analysts, the list goes on and on, then we need to change our schooling system. Not allow our own people to waste away into menial jobs

Governor Greg Gianforte calls Montana a “beachhead” for Indian companies establishing a North American foothold. Now look at CIGNA-EVERNORTH SERVICES INC. Evernorth reported $57.8 billion in revenue in one quarter. Yet the Billings worksite in certified LCA case I-200-26075-704612 is a residential apartment. Actual job title: SOFTWARE ENGINEERING SENIOR ADVISOR. Filed occupational classification: SOFTWARE DEVELOPERS. Prevailing wage: $130,562. Cigna’s own ads list Senior Advisor roles at $166,754–$217,000. By using a "Developer" classification, they are deliberately undercutting the market and normalizing lower wages for senior-level talent. The pipeline starts in Hyderabad. Evernorth runs an innovation hub there to “access top talent,” then uses Gianforte’s "beachhead" pitch to move that labor into Montana under suppressed wage scales. Montana workers were promised economic development. Where do they fit in this arrangement? Right now, they don't. Under Greg, Montana becomes India. "We fill their universities, their hospitals, their tech companies. And yet we're the ones being targeted." We made their lives miserable and ruined their careers, why aren't they thanking us for it?
UK is no longer safe for us Indians. For a long time, the UK was the dream destination for Indians moving abroad, and for many, it still is. But we rarely talk about how we actually get treated there. This week, a self-styled "patriot" group confronted Indian students in a public park in the UK, filmed them, and told them to "go home". All in the name of "protecting children and women". This is clearly targeting people based on their ethnicity and race. And this isn't about one park or one country. In Australia, anti-immigration rallies openly singled out Indians. In Ireland, Indians have been attacked on the streets. In the US, the H-1B debate turned into open hate against Indians online. The message is the same everywhere: your degree, your taxes, your hard work don't matter. You're still an outsider. We fill their universities, their hospitals, their tech companies. And yet we're the ones being targeted. To every Indian parent spending their life savings to send their kid abroad, please ask questions. Know what your child might be walking into.

Dye Capital (a Florida LLC) filed three H-1 B petitions for "jobs" in Helena, MT, and the data is weird. The company calls a role “Director of Analytics,” but in the government filing, they classify it as a “Data Scientist.” They do the same thing with an "Analytics Strategist" (classified as an "Operations Research Analyst"). The soc_title isn't there to describe the work—it's there to set the prevailing wage floor. By picking the "Scientist" label over a "Director" label, the company controls the regulatory benchmark they have to meet. Then there's the worksite. They aren't offices. They are three separate apartments in the Summerville Flats residential complex. The filings are all marked “Certified,” but that’s just a paperwork check. The DOL doesn't actually audit the job duties or verify if a "Director" is actually a "Data Scientist." They just check that the form is filled out. If you're looking at soc_title to understand what these people actually do, you're looking at the wrong field. The real role is in the job_title; the soc_title is just for the lawyers. Source: U.S. Department of Labor, OFLC, FY2026 Q3 LCA disclosure data. Cases: I-200-25305-355759, I-200-26113-828956, I-200-26166-014764.

They Dont Work For You I was looking at a post by @SenRickScott today and found it fairly hilarious. Nothing is more humorous than watching Republican Senators who have been in the majority for two years campaign on laws they could have passed on the first day they walked in. They had the gavel. They had the numbers. They had the calendar. What they did not have was the will to force the vote when the donor class and the Chamber of Commerce that controls them said wait. So the bill that would have protected your job, your vote, or your border stayed in a drawer. Now it is back on the mailer, two years later, as a promise for next time. A majority that will not move the thing it ran on is not a majority. It is a holding company for the people who pay for the campaign. You do not get the Bill passed into law. You get the false promises speech. Nothing stops them from passing these bills today. They Dont Work For You.

Billings Clinic is using Avant Healthcare Professionals in Florida to fill 18 Registered Nurse positions. The point of contact is Saloni Kaul, Director of Immigration. When an immigration specialist, not a nursing recruiter, is the lead, the priority is processing visas over finding the best talent. The offered wage matches the prevailing wage, showing this is about meeting a legal minimum rather than a competitive search for the best nurses. Avant abuses the immigration system. In 2013, the DOJ settled with them for improperly preferring foreign workers over U.S. workers in job ads. In 2023, a federal complaint (Case 6:23-cv-1645) alleged forced labor, threats to immigration status, and massive penalties used to trap nurses. While nursing students in Billings and across Montana graduate and look for work, Billings Clinic is shipping 18 jobs to a Florida middleman. This is the same caste system that gutted the tech sector in Silicon Valley, replacing qualified Americans with a dependent workforce controlled by intermediaries. This aligns with Governor Gianforte leading trade missions to India to promote "opportunities." These partnerships facilitate the displacement of Montana's healthcare professionals. Billings Clinic and Avant must answer: - How many qualified Montana applicants were passed over for these 18 spots? - Why is a company with a DOJ history of discriminating against U.S. workers being used? - How much is the clinic paying Avant in markups? - What are the specific penalties imposed on these nurses? Montana graduates should have priority over foreign staffing intermediaries. @BillingsClinic @ClinicCareers @AvantHealthcare @GovGianforte What are you answer? We are waiting.
