Those of us with honest held fears about uncontrolled immigration, unknown dinghy arrivals, islamification and just too much change too quickly often get accused of being racist. Obviously for those that bother to look a little closer at what are saying this is shown not to be the case. If your ethnic origins are from elsewhere but you want to integrate, to contribute, to get along and you have love for this country, you're more than welcome. As a Jew I always loved Jewish jokes. The more offensive the better. It’s fun for a Jew to look at themselves in a mirror and check for the flows that may become a joke. A Holocaust survivor told me once that despite the most unimaginable level of suffering in Treblinka there was always someone to come up with a joke about the absurdity of life or how God was laughing at them. Tragic? Yes. But for us it’s called resilience. Our Muslim friends don’t have the same level of self-questioning. So, here is for them, 2 minutes of good humor they really deserve.
