89.2 on defense and 88.1 in pass rush. Those were sophomore LB Ty Jackson's PFF grades vs. Texas in just 14 snaps.
Jon Sumrall said the bye week gives him a chance to evaluate who deserves more opportunities. Here are five Gators who could earn more playing time over the final five games.

84.5 for Ty Jackson. The sophomore linebacker led every Gator in PFF's grades from the 27-24 upset at Texas, and he turned just four pass-rushing snaps into two pressures and a sack.
@TramellJonesJr topped the offense at 72.3 without a single turnover-worthy play in his first career start, and Florida's 75.8 team defensive grade was its best since Week 2.

Florida is No. 20 in the AP Top 25 and No. 24 in the Coaches Poll after the 27-24 road win at No. 7 Texas.
The Gators trailed 17-3 in Austin, then scored 24 straight, and ESPN notes it's their first true road win over a top-10 team since 2012. They slid out of the rankings last week after two straight losses, and now they get Georgia on Oct. 31 at 3:30 p.m. on ABC with a chance to keep climbing.

I wrote about it postgame, but I thought sophomore linebacker Ty Jackson changed the momentum on Saturday.
Here are three plays from Jackson just before halftime, all in the span of four snaps.
He played just 14 snaps in the game, but man, were they impactful.

When he finally started to settle in, Tramell Jones proved that he deserved to be on that field today.
• 22/35
• 155 passing yards
• 41 rushing yards
• 2 passing touchdowns
What a gritty performance from the sophomore in his first-career start.
Great week for the Gators!
First it was @easton_3k flipping and now the #Gators go into Austin and win. Sark must hate Sumrall after these last two weeks.
