Compared to 'formal' stores, street vendors sell more traditional foods ๐Ÿฅ‘(which can contribute to sustainability), but these tend to be the 'unhealthy' type of traditional foods. Policies should work with street vendors (not against them) to build sustainable food systems ๐ŸŒฝ.
