In exactly one hour, at 7:56 Tucson time, Neil will have taken his first step on the Moon exactly 50 years ago. You have an hour to get ready for this momentus event!

Live streams of 50 years ago just reached the lunar landing. It's a couple hours still until Armstrong takes the first step.
'Eagle is at Tranquility'
While on the Moon they deployed EASEP (an early version of ALSEP), which detected moonquakes and had a retroreflector.
This is about the time to head over to @apollo_50th for their recount of the landing!
