This World Cup has disrupted the Premier League for far too long. Looking forward to football between well coached teams, mediated by officials who are mostly more competent than those recruited by FIFA.

More than six years after the referendum, I am still being told why I voted Leave by people who voted Remain.

Back-of-envelope. If 5 events *were* caused by AZ vaccine, expect 1 event in 2 mil jabs. If 2 mil people in 50s put off their jab by 1 week, expect ~2,000 to get infected, 20-30 seriously ill, 5 to die. So benefit/risk ratio high even for *1* week. But risk goes on in unjabbed!
This is dreadful. David and I, and loads of other young mathematicians , learned our trade in the Lamb and Flag. We listened to Conway there. Save the Flag!
Very sad about this news: I learned much of my maths in that pub bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-ox…

All of us at the Australian Maths Trust are deeply saddened by the recent death of Peter Neumann. Peter, son of Bernard H Neumann, was loved and respected by many of us and he was integral to the founding and early years of the United Kingdom Maths Trust.
Now fixed after 4 days battling with customer then tech support.
Bug meant I could not change a forgotten password. Trivial, but it took 4 days. Lots of bots and then tech folk who didn't understand. Finally one did. Thanks.
Replying to @GeoffBath
Hello @GeoffBath, sorry to hear of the issues you have faced. Can you elaborate on what these issues are? ^Rfe
Virgin Media support: is there a worse support service for any organization? After 3 days battle I get past the Customer Service bots to tech support who might be people. They don't fix the problem, and give advice which is impossible to implement. Over automation #virginmedia
