I don’t believe that Catholicism is true because I’m Catholic, I’m Catholic because I believe catholicism is true
Boomers when they get arrested for assaulting someone while screaming “WHAT ARE YOU FILMING?” and breaking their camera phone:
The nearer Christ comes to a heart, the more it becomes conscious of its guilt; it will then either ask for His mercy and find peace, or else it will turn against Him because it is not yet ready to give up its sinfulness

The problem with modern apologetics is that everything has already been said. Non Catholics, at this point, are just stubborn, lazy, or unintelligent. Sorry to be that guy, but that’s just how it is in 2026.
Then the Lord God said, “It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper fit for him.”
Genesis 2:18
Christianity was the smallest mustard seed, and has now grown into the largest of all garden plants.. becoming a tree. And after all the growth, they see some leaves naturally falling away and call it a mass apostasy problem
Replying to @philliplede
So many lies, no wonder Christianity is having a mass apostasy problem worldwide:
1. Christianity is barely monotheistic (Trinity)
2. Christians call non-beleivers Heathen, infidel etc
I swear every Atheist account is the same.
1. Post an anti religion straw man argument
2. Receive genuinely logical counterarguments in the comments
3. Reply to each comment with unrelated secondary straw man arguments
4. Claim they are logical
Because mankind is in a fallen state brought about by sin. Our minds have been corrupted and infiltrated by greed, lust, and selfishness. Systems based on perfect trust are not possible until the Lord perfects us by grace, until he comes again to judge the world and remake it

Friends, Jesus says, “Fear no one.” If finitude in awareness is anxiety—and it is—and ruthless people know how to use our fears to manipulate us, how do we avoid being afraid?
It is possible if and only if you go through something like a “metanoia.” “Meta” means “beyond”; “nous” means “mind.” Therefore, “metanoia” means to go beyond the mind you have, to change your way of thinking and seeing—to change the fundamental attitude of your life.
What if you were to undergo a metanoia, and the center of your life became not your body and its preoccupation but the soul?
Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink?
The King will reply, “Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me”
