Try @getmigo. It’s an app developed in Seattle displaying all the transportation options for your local trip (Uber, bikes, & taxis, too). I believe it includes @reachnow cars (showing ones available near you).

.@limebike is back in Spokane this morning. There are new rules in place this time around. Downtown you can no longer ride on the sidewalks, but the streets and bike lanes. The speed limit at Riverfront is also 7 mph.
