If you had a verified loss from the 1 April incident, you can claim 1 DFX for every 1 USDT lost.

The claim window closes at 00:00 UTC on 1 January 2028. Unclaimed DFX will be burned.
Official support for the Pyra redemption web portal ends in 2 weeks.
While the portal will remain available, support will not, so we recommend withdrawing all balances and exporting your authority wallet’s private key before September 15th, 2026.
If you have any issues with the web portal before this date, please contact support through the link in the footer of our website.
The Drift recovery token will be distributed to all authority wallets once it launches, even if it’s after the end of our official support.

The Pyra web portal is now live
If you still have funds in the Pyra app and would like to withdraw them, you can now do so through the web portal at app.pyra.fi.
Please note that in-app support is no longer available. If you run into any issues, create an issue with our support: Click "Contact Support" on pyra.fi
The mobile app will stop working and will be removed from iOS, Android, and the Seeker dApp Store. Going forward, please use the web app for any remaining account actions.
Once Drift redemption tokens are live, you’ll also be able to redeem your share through the Pyra web app. We’ll share more information when that becomes available.

Update on the Drift hack’s impact on Pyra:
Over the past two weeks, we’ve been engaging directly with the Drift team about their recovery plan and how it affects Pyra users. While public information from Drift has been limited, we expect their full plan to be released this week.
We are fully committed to doing everything within our control to improve the situation for Pyra users, regardless of Drift’s final recovery measures, and we’ll be able to share more specifics here soon.
Many of you have been asking when the Pyra app will be back online - our whole team has been working flat out for the past 2 weeks to relaunch Pyra with a new lending protocol.
USDC spending will be live in the next few days, with other assets and loans relaunching next week. Pyra’s mission and long-term vision remain the same: We will bring about financial freedom through asset-based banking. More info soon.
Drift has extended the estimated time for releasing their full recovery and remediation plan as they continue discussions with relevant parties, and we now expect to hear it by the end of the week.
We are still exploring possible options on our own end in the likely event that Drift is not able to make all users whole, but we’re waiting on more details from the Drift team before moving forward on anything.
The process of bringing Pyra back online with a new lending protocol is well underway, and we’re aiming to be live with USDC spending next week, with other assets and loans following shortly after.
