Houthi said Saudi Arabia's actions directly contradict its stated commitment to de-escalation. • Saudi Arabia must halt its aggression, lift the blockade, withdraw from occupied Yemeni territory, and compensate Yemen for destruction caused since 2015. He stressed that if Saudi attacks cease, Yemeni operations will also stop and normal life can resume. • Houthi criticized the so-called 'Mecca Defense Pact', arguing that it seeks to address what its members call the Iranian crisis while concealing what he described as outright aggression against Iran. He warned that Saudi Arabia's previous alliances had failed and that Riyadh had even turned against former partners. • He condemned Egypt and its parliament for supporting the defense of Saudi Arabia, arguing that such a position effectively amounts to declaring war on Yemen. He warned that Egypt risks repeating its military entanglement in Yemen during the 1960s, exhausting its forces and potentially leaving Sinai vulnerable to Israeli expansion and plans to displace Palestinians into Egyptian territory. • Houthi stressed that Yemen does not fear new military alliances but warned these countries against supporting Saudi attacks, the blockade, or the occupation of Yemen. He urged them instead to direct their cooperation against Israel, which he said is waging war across Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, and Iran while also threatening Egypt. • He rejected claims that Yemen poses a threat to regional waterways, maintaining that Yemen's position contributes to protecting Bab al-Mandab, the Suez Canal, and the wider Arab and Islamic region. • He reaffirmed that Yemen's political and military position has remained unchanged since 2015, arguing that US, British, and Israeli intelligence agencies manufacture fears of unspecified threats to perpetuate divisions and conflict within the Arab and Islamic world.
