हरियाणा सरकार सी.ई.टी. ग्रुप-सी परीक्षा के अभ्यर्थियों की सुविधा एवं सुगम परीक्षा व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने के लिए पुख्ता इंतजाम कर रही है, ताकि किसी भी अभ्यर्थी को परीक्षा केन्द्र तक पहुंचने में किसी प्रकार की असुविधा न हो।
इसी कड़ी में सरकार द्वारा परिवहन विभाग को विशेष जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गई है कि वह सभी जिलों से अभ्यर्थियों को परीक्षा केन्द्रों तक निःशुल्क बस सुविधा प्रदान करे।
जिला स्तरीय बस अड्डे से अभ्यर्थियों को परीक्षा केन्द्रों तक पहुंचाने एवं वापसी की व्यवस्था संबंधित महाप्रबंधक द्वारा की जाएगी।
हरियाणा राज्य परिवहन द्वारा अभ्यर्थियों को परीक्षा केन्द्र तक ले जाने और वापसी के लिए निःशुल्क परिवहन सुविधा उपलब्ध करवाई जाएगी। साथ ही, महिला अभ्यर्थियों के साथ एक पारिवारिक सदस्य को भी सहायक के रूप में निःशुल्क यात्रा की सुविधा दी जाएगी।
इसके अतिरिक्त, परीक्षा केन्द्रों के निकटतम स्थलों तक निःशुल्क शटल बस सेवा का संचालन भी किया जाएगा। इस संपूर्ण व्यवस्था हेतु प्रतिदिन लगभग 9000 साधारण बसें प्रयोग में लाई जाएंगी।
अभ्यर्थी परिवहन विभाग द्वारा उपलब्ध कराए गए लिंक hartrans.gov.in/advance-book… पर जाकर अपनी व्यक्तिगत जानकारी भरकर अग्रिम सीट बुकिंग कर सकते हैं।
