Found my run watch, when it asks how I feel when logging a run, wants to know my physical condition. All this time I'm like, "saw an otter", "awesome sunrise" and I click the smiley face. I should be clicking the frown. I feel like hell, but hey! I did see an otter!
With this heat wave, I showed a lot of restraint with my run pace today. Well yeah, I usually do b/c I'm old and out of shape. So, I guess it was the same restraint, just a different reason. #running
