Thank you @BucksHealthcare @NMacdonaldBHT for my wellness day. Just back from a beautiful new run around Hambledon definitely need to brush up on my map reading skills! (may have got a bit lost and scatched to bits but hey will know where to go next time 😂)
18 running and biking miles this week towards #NHS1000miles. Slowly getting my mojo back and enjoying the beautiful countryside around me.
Haven't posted for a few weeks and only 9 miles towards #NHS1000miles this week. Work and life crazy busy at the moment and not managing to find much me time🤪 Will have to try and sort this out! Enjoying seeing everyone else's posts. Have a good week. 🙂

20 walking, biking and swimming miles towards #NHS1000miles after a lovely half term break with the boys (read totally exhausting can I go back to work now! 🤪🤣 Littlest feels the same!) Back to running next week 👏
Saw a patient with Stroke Odysseys today. Patient absolutely loved it and put a huge smile on my face. Then took part in the staff choir practice in the stroke garden with the sun shining! Days like these remind me why I love my job! @TinaAshburner @RachelJH1103
18 running miles and YTD 242 towards #NHS1000miles. Much better week than last which was a shocker and best forgotten. I'd just like a little bit of sunshine. Difficult to keep motivated through the wind and rain but it does help having a goal and wanting to get a 10k PB!
