Macklemore is going on tour.
Following his removal from Ed Sheeran’s U.S. stadium tour, the Seattle rapper has announced the ‘Free Palestine Tour,’ with all proceeds benefiting organizations supporting Palestinians. Initial stops include Dublin, Paris and London, with U.S. dates and guest artists coming soon.
“What happened to me is bigger than one artist or one stage,” Macklemore wrote. “When the billionaire class can decide which voices are allowed on stage and which ones are too dangerous to hear, everyone should be paying attention.”
“So, as you all know, my schedule freed up a bit,” he added. “So we’re going on tour.”
