For me, half light half dark kidney beans...
.. Serrano peppers, green chilis (Rotel, often), onion and some type of steak, smoked brisket or stew meat along with the ground beef/chuck 1:4.
I ask you all, when making your chili, which beans do you go with? Personally, I like a can of Pintos and a can of Small Red Beans.
