Another beautiful day out on the Ocean yesterday. The weather is warm and the ocean was like glass, and of course we were entertained by dolphins galore and managed to go to the needle caves and show our guest these Intersting grottos formed over millions of years.

We often forget that we are nature,
Nature is not something separated from us.
So when we say we have lost our connection to nature,
We have lost the connection to ourselves. #MondayMotivation @taraturk1 @DiBrown5 @GreenGirlAfrica @SAASA_RSA @Ashwellbglasson @Winelands – at South Africa

It's #worldstickybunday
We prefer to un-stick a sticky bun. Our Alikreukels are all a sticky bun could be. It's based on the pearly sea shell & recreated with a glaze made from fresh lemon juice. A crispy, moist , nutty and juicy treat for the ones who don’t like it ‘sticky’ – at South Africa

Swinging into #Spring with a fun family bike ride @FANCOURTSA How gorgeous is this turqouise vintage bike? You truly get a sense of how large the property is and so beautiful too 🚵♀️ Think my legs are going to be a tad sore tomorrow, but it will be so worth it! 😁 #Fancourt
