Thank you @GoVirtualRacin for my #7ForNHS70 medal, for my 7K walk. Plan now is - when I'm able - to do @letchworthprkrn and then do an extra lap, to do 7K+ and then I'll hang the medal up with my others🏅

After a year without a sponsor, I couldn't be happier to announce that I'm joining the ASICS family! 😍🙌 ASICS is a brand very close to my family - having sponsored by mum through her World Championship win in Tokyo. Now I can't wait to start my own journey with them!

Yesterday I ran @GoVirtualRacin #7forNHS70. 7 Miles Round Quainton Which Is Were My Grandparents Lived. And The NHS Did so much for them while they Were Alive. Was just a way of saying Thank You #ukrunchat #runr @UKRunChat @runr_uk
