These are the eight prisoners taking part in what is thought to be the biggest hunger strike in UK history since Irish republicans began refusing food in 1981.
Tonight it has emerged that five of them have been taken to hospital.
Two haven't eaten for nearly 39 days.

The most sickening thing about Starmer and his support for genocide is he knows the truth, the law and the depth of the barbarity.
And still he does fuck all to hold Israel to account.
Rather than uphold the laws he studied and has a responsibility to act upon as Prime Minister, he not only ignores mass slaughter and starvation.
Instead he sends them weapons and flys spy planes over Gaza, whilst he leads witch-hunts against those speaking and acting out, labelling those who seek peace and justice as "terrorists".
He's the worst of the worst, history will never forget this.
