However, the agreement specifically states that this designation should not prevent Peterson from reviewing information reasonably necessary to understand his own medical care, claims, or damages. Any request to seal court filings must be separately justified, and the judge makes that determination. The agreement also limits the use of confidential discovery materials to this lawsuit.
