Still doing a little bit of #BiActivism an hour or two at #Pride festivals in #Berlin - 2 weeks ago at the huge #SchwulLesBisches Stadtfest in the main queer quarter of the city and yesterday at the #QueeresParkfest in Volkspark Friedrichshain helping to run the #BiBerlin stand.

Today marks a special milestone as we commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Bisexual Pride Flag! 🎉🏳️🌈 Designed by the talented Michael Page in 1998, this vibrant flag has become a powerful symbol of visibility and recognition for the bisexual community.
For a quarter of a century, the pink, purple, and blue stripes have represented the diverse spectrum of attraction that bisexual individuals experience. Each color carries meaning — from same-sex attraction to different-sex attraction, and the beautiful blend of both in between.
This flag has played a crucial role in fostering a sense of identity and belonging within the LGBT community, breaking down barriers and challenging stereotypes. It stands tall at pride parades, events, and gatherings, proudly declaring that bisexuality is an essential and valid part of the rich tapestry of human diversity.

Today is the AGM of @Biberlin_eV Glad to see everyone again. The last time was at the #LesBiSchwulesStadtfest in July. Our next get together will be at the queer #ChristmasAvenue at Nollendorfplatz on 10th December christmas-avenue.berlin

#QueerSaturday meets #BiVisibiltySaturday - on way to Piccadilly Circus I saw this #BiFlag. In afternoon I popped into @gaystheword bookshop to buy my own Bi Flag pin. It was heart warming to hear lots of ppl were buying them. I then had a look around #QueerBritain museum.
Post #UKBiCon2023 (or any #UKBiCon for that matter) you sometimes need something to alleviate the post BiCon blues. This was provided this evening when walking along Plymouth Hoe with my significant other @DallyDragon we saw a pride of Pride Flags including the #BiFlag
Good day at #UKBiCon2023 yesterday - interesting sessions (I skip did skip last one to have a wander around Nottingham). Open mic 🎤 night was excellent & should be repeated in future Nice to see ppl from past BiCons & meet new ones. Weather is dire today so won‘t leave the venue
too many skips (including the ones used when the builders started building work at the dawn of crack yesterday) 😠 #UKBiCon2023
#BiCurrious meet up in the Noor Jahan at #UKBicon2023 @BiConUK in Nottingham was a great success. I booked a table for 10 & in the end 14 ppl enjoyed a tasty (and in some cases spicy 🌶️) Bangladeshi meal. Staff were v friendly & helpful. The 3 course meal was v good vfm.
In London before travelling to Nottingham for #UKBiCon23 @BiConUK so hitting the book, CD & DVD shops. Yesterday I went to @gaystheword & I‘m heading back there again. Bought some new bi+ books so supporting both bi+ & wider LGBTQ+ communities.
Sadly can‘t make it to #CSDBerlin2023 as I have too much to do before I go on holiday next week. Took a break to watch #RBBLiveStream @Biberlin_eV truck was in view for a couple of minutes, but commentator ignored it even though member of CSD Berlin exec mentioned it #BiVisibilty
#RBB redeemed himself bi commenting on Bi*licuous truck & how #Bi+ ppl are discriminated against by comments such as “why don‘t you decide for gay or straight“ Well we can all be part of the queer community (which shoud be inclusive) so there is no need to decide. #CSDBerlin2023
