I've been researching 'love language theory'. The five core love languages are 1. words of affirmation (compliments) 2. quality time 3. giving gifts 4. acts of service 5. physical touch Anyway, it turns out all my five are provided by hot, sweet pastries, fresh out the oven.

Call off the search, the sausage roll has returned to Goodies Deli. Many of you have switched to the (no less delicious) vegan option during these difficult times, and we will be watching with interest to see how many have fully converted, now the meat is back in town.

I see it's a little milder today. I've checked my calendar, my phone, & I've asked Alexa - it is definitely still January. One weekend to go &we're into the briefest month of all. I think that's worth celebrating with a pile of pastries and deli goods for the weekend, don't you?

It’s almost the most wonderful time of the year. Our Christmas shelf is in place and your favourite panettones are available immediately! Their vintage style wrapping paper makes them ideal as a gift or even a luxurious bit of self-care…you know you’re worth it!

You know how in certain ‘restaurants’ that do muffin-based breakfast deals they have a pre-cooked slice of egg that comes from a long egg (look it up)? Well, today we have a sample of long pain au chocolat…anyone for a slice?
