Away and...and let me absolute exactt on this bit...fuck yourself, you creepy bastard. Yep, think I got it there.
Genital preference on it's own isn't transphobic, however the fact that she frames disgust for penises as something that makes her lesbian is absolutely transmisogynistic.

There are not 2 'chromosomal genders' There are zero chromosomal genders, because there is no such thing as a chromosomal gender. There are certainly multiple karyotypes, but there are only two sexes. And there is no link to metaphysical 'gender' at all
For the small minded who think only two chromosomal genders exist (XX & XY):

And answer came there none. Of course.
Are there ANY transwomen you'd date, Richard? 'Plenty of c!s you wouldn't' does suggests there are some you would. So are there some transwomen you'd get it on with?

If ever a post deserved the word 'wibble'...
Trans Exclusionary Radical Feminism is a dead end on two fronts: (1) Radical feminism is an intellectual product of Marxist feminism, which inherits all the flawed oppressor/oppressed dynamics of cultural neomarxism and dialectical materialism, which sees the sex-class of natal males as all inherently corrupted and oppressive insofar as they are constitutive of the patriarchal oppressor superstructure that no male can ever escape from, regardless of whether their personal behavior is harmful or not, regardless of whether they are fully medicalized transsexuals who don't look or act at all like stereotypical "oppressive men"; in neomarxism framing ALL men are "patriarchical" in their essence; it's a form of bioessentialism and biodeterminism (2) Its obvious hatred of trans women as a class of people is simply out of touch with normal society, which acknowledges that if trans women are just regular, decent people trying to cope with an atypical brain wiring the best they can (which 99% are), then it's reasonable to provide some modicum of social accommodations to allow them to exist in society as productive members of society provided they make the efforts to integrate and assimilate to a reasonable degree, while also carving out some limited contexts where social space is still segregated by natal sex where appropriate.

Idiots, sir. Thousands of 'em. Making a speech in parliament is not giving 'qualified medical advice'. She's not advising a patient on their medical condition, she's informing Parliament of important anecdotal evidence in policy formation. Jesus (hypothetically) wept.
A doctor gives qualified medical advice… Janet: “The most troubling thing I’ve heard!”

You're an idiot. Riley didn't say you can't be a woman without a uterus. She said you can't menstruate without one. Which is quite correct. As for your silly, inaccurate 'virtue' signal about the complexity of defining women, I'm minded of the old statement>>

Dear ignorant loudmouth attention seeker. Go read Art 14 ECHR. And then shut up.
Dear TERFs Anti-discrimination law is not rights-based, so no woman's right to discriminate against men exists The conceptual framework is 'substantive equality'. It's substantive because, while arbitrary discrimination is unlawful, actions taken to advance sex equality are not

Homosexuality is a sexual orientation. Not an identity. And no, absolutely not, should a straight woman be allowed to enter a space designed and separated for gay men, regardless of what self image she has created in her imagination. Her identity is completely meaningless.
Labour has launched an exclusionary LGB group that deliberately removes the T. Let me ask a straightforward question. Would they allow a transgender man who is dating men to join if he identifies as gay. Would they allow a transgender woman who is dating women or another transgender woman to join if she identifies as lesbian. The answer reveals exactly what this group is actually about. YouGov data shows that only three percent of gay and lesbian people identify with the trans exclusionary LGB position. Three percent. Eighty four percent of lesbians are pro-trans according to the same research. Most women broadly are pro-trans. Which is exactly why the gender critical movement is threatening to sue the Women’s Institute, the Girl Guides and Hampstead Ladies Pond. They are not fighting for gay people. They are not fighting for women. The women and gay people they claim to represent have made their position clear and it is not this one. This is not an LGB organisation. It is not a women’s organisation. It is a trans hate group with a borrowed flag. And Labour launched it. Labour are no longer friends or allies to LGBTQIA+ people. This is part of why this country dropped from number one to number twenty two on the international index of LGBTQIA+ rights. Our community cannot trust them. They are facilitating discrimination. They are helping break down the legal protections that took decades to build. They are opening doors to anti-human rights legislation that will affect everyone in this community if they continue in this direction. The party of equality launched a group that exists to exclude part of the community that voted for them, marched with them and trusted them for decades. That is the record. It stands next to every promise they made and never kept. @LGBTLabour @UKLabour @Keir_Starmer

The code applies to all males in female spaces, Oaksie. That you belong to the cohort that wish you weren't male is kinda irrelevant. And in particular, given the high propensity of that 0.5-1 % to be incarcerated sex offenders (1 in every 325), yeah, it's WELL worth the effort.
EHRC guidance on “single-sex spaces” runs to 340 pages. Yet in a typical shared women’s toilet (5–10 people), the chance of a trans woman being present is roughly ~0.5%–1% per visit (very rough estimate). Is this really where the effort should go?

Careful, Jamie, you'll pull a groin muscle with that stretch. Noone 'blamed' the victim, because it was not her job to keep herself safe in that environment. The blame for the rape lies 100% with the rapist. The blame for creating the opportunity lies 100%with the institution.

As I was saying....
Remember the Weir millions? The lottery windfall that “funded the dream”… until it didn’t. 2011, Colin and Chris Weir from Largs, Scotland, won a record £161 million EuroMillions jackpot one of the biggest in UK history. Lifelong independence supporters, they poured millions into the SNP and the Yes Scotland campaign: Over £4.5 million directly to the SNP. At least £3.5 million to Yes Scotland making up the vast bulk of its funding in key periods. This was meant to deliver the big prize: Scottish independence. But Colin Weir grew increasingly unhappy. Reports emerged that he believed the funds weren’t being used as intended. Before his death in December 2019, Colin complained to the SNP and wanted his money back, as the SNP could not show him where his money had been spent, basically it disappeared into a black hole.

There are forms of PR that still put the choice in voters hands about individual candidates, most obviously STV multi seat constituencies. A candidate who is legally simply ineligible somehow not being stopped from the beginning is a different problem, not specific to PR.

Dude, the only perspective you have of a mental health professional is supine, from the couch, staring at one who is scribbling furiously and periodically checking the door.
I need trans people, and especially closeted ones, to understand that the way transphobes behave here is not normal. Like, from the perspective of a mental health professional I’d say the level of obsession and animosity you see here on twitter is a sign of real mental disorders

I think we now have three broad groups of people 1. Those who know sex can’t change but who reject all sex stereotypes as regressive, oppressive and unnecessary 2 . Those who know sex can’t change but who insist on compliance with sex stereotypes in behaviour/dress etc 3. Those who pretend sex can be changed or even doesn’t exist at all! But insist on compliance with sex stereotypes in behaviour/dress etc to match a claimed ‘gender identity’ I am in Group 1. And Groups 2 and 3 I consider equally misguided and dangerous and should not be allowed near law or policy. I will continue to resist you both for as long as I have.
Replying to @SVPhillimore
Right with you, Sarah.

Your figure of 265000 transpeople has long been debunked. The figure for the number of incarcerated transpeople, inc incarcerated for serious sex offences, is however completely and absolutely robust, precisely because it is NOT a sample. It's a full hard count.

Wheter or not a sample is 'representative' of the whole is only relevant WHEN IT'S A SAMPLE. This is NOT a sample. It is a FULL HARD COUNT. 'Representative' is meaningless in that context. That you miss this shows you don't understand statistics, or frankly arithmatic.
