Irrespective of whether software engineering is coming to an end or not, think of it as a roller coaster ride. You are already on it, so have fun while it lasts.
Either it crashes or lands you safely.
You have to be optimistic about technology. If things go wrong, it will be the end for everyone. If AI is here to stay and you refuse to adapt, you will be left far behind.
Your best bet is to stay positive with tech ... always :)

I hold both a Savings and a Current Account with @HDFCBank. This complaint is specifically regarding my Current Account.
I personally visited the branch to close it and completed the entire closure process as asked, submitting everything requested as per due process. n/1
Extremely dissatisfied that in this era, even after physically visiting a branch, completing all formalities and requesting written n/3
@HDFCBank_Cares Please look into this urgently and get the Current Account closure processed without further delay. confirmation, a simple account closure still requires repeated follow-ups. And even so called RM's who contact for loan and offers dont ever receive calls - n/4
