My husband started acting differently. He would hide his phone, come home late and suddenly become protective of his privacy.
One evening, my best friend called me.
"Girl, I don't want to cause problems, but I think your husband is cheating on you."
I was shocked.
"Are you sure?"
She said she had noticed some suspicious behaviour and couldn't keep it from me.
From that day, she became my biggest investigator. We would sit together, analyse his movements, check his social media and try to figure out who the other woman was.
Whenever I confronted my husband, he denied everything.
"You're allowing people to destroy our marriage," he would tell me.
My friend would comfort me and say, "Don't worry. We'll find out who she is."
Sometimes, she would even call me in the middle of the night to ask if my husband was home.
I trusted her completely. She had been my friend for years. I never imagined she could betray me.

In a charged flyweight clash at ONE Fight Night 36 in Bangkok, Mansur Malachiev met the trash-talking Jarred Brooks.
Seconds after the bell, Malachiev blasted in for a double-leg takedown and spent most of round one smothering Brooks with heavy top control.
The former champion stayed stuck underneath, unable to reverse or create any meaningful space against the relentless pressure.
Early in round two, Malachiev hoisted Brooks high and slammed him hard onto the canvas, rattling the American.
He immediately jumped to a headlock, then smoothly transitioned into a deep north-south choke until Brooks went limp.
Referee Olivier Coste stepped in at 2:09 to stop the fight, recording the first submission loss of Brooksโ career.

I lent my best friend $20,000 two years ago when his business was struggling. We agreed he would repay me within 12 months. He made two payments and then stopped.
Last week, I saw pictures of his newly renovated kitchen and a family vacation to Germany. When I asked about the remaining $8,000, he said I was being insensitive because his business was still recovering.
I told him I wasnโt demanding the full amount immediately, just asking for a proper repayment plan.
He accused me of putting money above a 20-year friendship.
Now Iโm wondering if I should take legal action or just accept that the money is gone.
Would you take legal action against a friend over an unpaid loan?
I don't want to loose him as my friend but I have found out that the easiest way to loose a friend is by lending them money ๐ฐ

The surgeon told my mother she couldnโt eat after midnight because her surgery was scheduled for 9:30 a.m.
At 9:10, an orderly walked in, checked the whiteboard, and said, โItโs been pushed back.โ
Nobody said by how long it would be.
My mother had gone nearly ten hours without food by then, and she had already skipped her morning medication because she was told not to.
