McCartney n'a jamais accepté cet abandon. Carl Perkins compose alors rapidement une chanson pendant la nuit, intitulée "My Old Friend". Au milieu du morceau, les paroles disent : "My old friend, Won't you think about me every now and then ?" New Yor : "Think about me every now and then, old friend". "Now And Then", The Beatles, 2023.

Lo fece con “When We Was Fab”, brano scritto insieme a Jeff Lynne e incluso nell’album Cloud Nine del 1987.

Tom Sykes He hits the nail on the head AGAIN! The Sussex’s have now completely changed the narrative as to why Meghan was “suicidal”, blaming the British media for her separation from her dad, and the reason they left the institution in 2020. The letter was given to Meghan in January 2019 but the estrangement between father and daughter was already there prior to May 2018! The Royal Family has been exonerated AGAIN and the institution was not to blame for Megan and Harry’s misery. It was all a cover and a false narrative to get to LA and make money.

George Harrison stands at the gates of Friar Park, staring at what most people would call a disaster. The Victorian mansion is decaying. Grass grows through the floors. The once-famous gardens are wild and overrun. Greenhouses have collapsed. Grottoes are buried. Paths have vanished under decades of neglect. He’s 27. The Beatles have just broken up. He could go anywhere. Do anything. The world is waiting for his next move. Instead, he buys the ruin and starts digging. Not as a hobby. As a way of life. He hires ten gardeners and works beside them from dawn until midnight, hands in the soil. His sister-in-law sees the place and asks what he’s thinking. George doesn’t explain. He just keeps working. His son Dhani grows up watching his father gardening by moonlight, squinting in the dark because the shadows hide the imperfections that bothered him during the day. The music industry keeps calling — albums, tours, interviews. More George Harrison, the Beatle. George wants to plant trees. Friar Park isn’t just a garden. It’s a strange Victorian dream: caves, tunnels, a four-acre Alpine rock garden topped with a miniature Matterhorn, and gnomes everywhere. He even photographs himself among them for All Things Must Pass — then goes back to pruning. When a nursery owner mentions slow sales, George buys one of everything. When someone offers 800 types of maple trees, he takes them all. His wife Olivia remembers him saying, “It’s not my garden, Liv.” He saw himself as a caretaker. The garden didn’t belong to him — he belonged to it. By 1980, he publishes his autobiography and dedicates it “to gardeners everywhere.” He writes that he’s simple. He doesn’t want the business full-time. He’s a gardener. He plants flowers and watches them grow. Journalists visit and call it un-rock-star-like. George doesn’t mind. He’s lived Beatlemania, stadium screams, cultural revolutions. Compared to restoring hedges, it felt empty. After John Lennon’s murder, the gates close for good. George and Olivia keep working — not for visitors, but for the work itself. He dies in 2001. Today, the gardens are considered masterpieces of Victorian landscaping. Olivia still tends them. The estate remains private. George Harrison chose dirt under his fingernails over applause. And in that choice, he found something stadiums never gave him. Freedom.

This is a photo taken from behind George Harrison's mansion at Friar Park. Look at the bottom right hand corner. See the open door leading out to the balcony? That was where George Harrison and his wife Pattie Boyd lived while the house was being restored. They even had a kitchen put up there because it was too far to go all the way downstairs to the original kitchen. Beneath that was the location of the home recording studio that, at the time it was built, was better than the one The Beatles used at "Abbey Road". On the ground floor of the bottom left was where guests would arrive to attend parties in the "ballroom". Could you live in an incredible estate like that? Remember, George and Patty had no children, and George and Olivia only had one son. That sort of house should be filled with children and family, don't you think?

Well colour me shocked Harry & Meghan run to the press and act like victims AGAIN all because Daddy put his foot down by putting out a statement confirming they are private citizens! 🙄 So via a spokesperson aka them, they were a "little surprised" by the move... Then then proceed to lie by stating they had not been warned in advance... but this time Palace sources have hit back saying they were warned but were just not told of the contents. The hypocrisy of Harry and Meghans actions should be studied. Their public media campaigns along with their insistence on personal privacy do not marry up when it comes to how they treat others. They have repeatedly blindsided the Royal Family with highly publicised interviews, official statements, docuseries, and a memoir detailing internal family conflicts - as well as making sudden decisions regarding their living arrangements - they frequently react with public indignation when subjected to similar scrutiny. This double standard truly shows their behavior as a display of entitlement, where they position themselves as victims despite having initiated much of the public conflict themselves. The fact Harry and Meghan fail to see that its due to their persistent attempts to upstage the RF and now moving back to a country they claim is unsafe all in an attempt to strong arm RAVEC is exactly why his father King Charles was forced to clear up this very messy issue. He should never have had to make this statement but they consistently try to mirror being working Royals for personal gain in an attempt to upstage them. I will say this though unfortunately all the while they still hold titles and are on the Royal website its going to create a very messy grey area and this absolutely needs to be rectified. On a side note I wonder if they will actually come and visit Sussex now 🤔 tomatoes and old eggs at the ready 😅 #HarryIsATraitor #harryabdmeghanexposed #royalfamily #teaandtherapy

I have always been suspicious as to why Prince Harry and Meghan Markle quietly killed the "Archewell Foundation" and rebranded to "Archewell Philanthropies" This was not a casual name change! Delving into this imo it was a calculated corporate decision to escape public and charity watchdog scrutiny. By hiring a massive "fiscal sponsor", H&M legally basically outsourced their back office. I am covering this next week in two parts on my channrl as I have found some very interesting and damning information. Here's a little snippet of some things I've looked into... The Transparency Black Hole: They no longer have to file public IRS tax returns (Form 990). Their financial intake, executive salaries, and donor lists are completely swallowed up and hidden inside a massive corporate shell. The Expense Loophole: Under a public foundation, watchdogs flag luxury travel and private jets. Under this private model, personal lifestyle costs and "charitable expenses" completely blur together. Nobody can track the ledger. The Dark Money Pass-Through: High-net-worth or controversial donors no longer write checks to Archewell. They pay Global Impact, who cleans the funds and passes them through. Total anonymity for billionaires buying royal proximity. The Content Funnel: They can use non-profit donor money to fund "community outreach" and research, which then serves as the raw material for their multi-million dollar for-profit Netflix and commercial media deals. They want the global prestige and moral high ground utilising their royal titles to draw in donations but they’ve actively rejected the public accountability that is supposed to go hand in hand. By doing this they are operating like an elite Silicon Valley corporation, not a charity. Why are the @RoyalFamily allowing them to behave this way? I'm exposing the full mechanics of this financial shell game next week, so if you are fed up with their lies, fed up with the click bait gossip and are interested in the truth then please come and support my channel. The fastest growing account on X is a book club exploring the classics that shaped Western Civilization. Culture might actually be healing.
NEVER FORGET: once your culture is gone, it's gone forever. Government education has (deliberately) failed to teach the Great Books of the West for decades. So, we started an independent group to study the Western canon together. We're reading the books that form the mind and shape the spirit. The books our ancestors read. Western Civilization has given us the greatest works ever known, but it takes effort and an open mind to read them. Homer, Plato, Aristotle, Augustine, Dante, Shakespeare, and Milton are not just names in a syllabus, but guides to a deeper and more ordered life. Join our reading group to study the great works in dialogue with others. We read a new classic every 4-6 weeks, and meet biweekly to discuss. We are just starting The Brothers Karamazov, the greatest psychological novel ever written. You do NOT want to miss this. Take out a paid subscription if you'd like to support us and join the discussions directly — it makes a huge difference to the time and resources we can dedicate. You'll get: - Live book club discussions (biweekly) - Access to our incredible community chat - Essays to guide you through the Great Books - All past recordings, essays, and podcasts - Ability to vote on what we read next athenaeumbooks.com/welcome See you inside!

Meghan Markle, Prince Harry and Jason Arday are proof that fraud is not a victimless crime. When you tell people lies to get money, you will be caught out and it isn’t racism to expose you. When you tell people you have skills you do not have, it is not racism when your work is scrutinised. When you tell people different versions of your life and people don’t believe you, that is not racism. Everyone you mislead is a victim, everyone who gave you money you haven’t earned is your victim. Being black, brown, trans, lgbtq, or any other ticked box, doesn’t give you a free pass to be scum, nor does it give you a free pass from scrutiny, outrage and anger. If you’re not prepared for the attention you’ll get when you get exposed, don’t court the attention with your lies in the first place.
