There’s still more work to be done to ensure fitness workers can keep their heads above water with the rising cost of living. But as more and more fitness workers get organised and join United Workers Union they will only get stronger and stronger.
@UnitedWorkersOz members at Goodlife and Fitness First won a pay increase because of their public petition. Instructors are Unionising and winning big as a collective around the country. There is a long way ahead for real wage justice, and the struggle continues.
