Let’s just try to hang in there today. I mean, we can’t be mad, offended, shocked and insulted every minute of every day. At some point, we’ve got to choose a little joy and peace of mind in Jesus. I can’t think he wants us worked up 24/7.

This is great. I have seen so many female athletes be told they were overweight or obese with desirable percent body fat. Clearly BMI is for mere mortals – at Hudson Bend, TX
To show the folly of strict BMI application to elite athletes, I took this great graphic from @jburnmurdoch and imposed lines for BMI 25 (overweight, purple), 30 (obesity class I, red) & 35 (Obesity Class II, black). Any athlete to the right of a line is overweight or obese!

Masterful rebuttal to @billmaher by James Cordon. Done with grace and lots of wit. He’s right.
Drop everything you're doing and watch this.
@JKCorden, I didn't think it was possible to be more proud of you, but you just did it.
