ICE shot a DoorDash driver in the back of the neck, denied him basic medical care, and now they want to deport him before he can testify about what happened. The government shouldn’t be allowed to shoot you from an unmarked vehicle and then cover it up. Wilber Garcés Perez must be released immediately to a doctor, and ICE needs to get the hell out of Austin.
