If you were assigned a closed machine, you cannot vote. That’s in SÃO PAULO. Expect massive legal challenges nationwide. Nobody knows what happens next

This appears to be a coordinated effort of lawfare and journalistic propaganda, the latter of which is aimed at Western elites. The city governments of Sao Paulo and Salvador, as well as the transport workers' union, are fervently pro-Lula. Its purpose is to incite riots.
