Maybe the only disappointment of the weekend was not meeting this wonderful Mayor. The city of DC, from my experience, has never looked better and more beautiful than what we saw this weekend. Not only that, this was privately funded, not government although it drove thousands of folks to the DC area that have never been (that’s economic impact for you). So excited to see my hometown host Indycar on Sunday - the race should be epic and also watching these guys spin through the streets at nearly 200 mph is pretty much the real-life version of the dream I'd have every day I sat in bumper-to-bumper traffic on Pennsylvania Ave.
