Can you identify possible Lorca sources for this exchange in #LaBolaNegra?
Basta, Valentina. Haz tu bordado y quédate quieta.
¡Bordará mi carne!

People see another festival award and think it's just standard Oscar season PR, but completely forgot what was happening behind the camera
La Bola Negra is a 160-minute epic about devastating queer heartbreak... and co-directors Los Javis literally ended their 13-YEAR relationship right in the middle of shooting it
They sat in the director's chairs together every day framing scenes about tragic love while their own personal lives were falling apart in real time
Turning your own breakup into a Cannes-winning, Oscar-submitted masterpiece is an insane level of commitment to art

Seated to enjoy a few hours of arrogantly and aggressively insistent monumentally, whatever the crap that means. 🤣
