Cheshire Police and Cheshire CPS are currently pushing me through a criminal trial for a mis-delivery of a bangle I was actively trying to rectify and had provided evidence of before their armed arrest. There was not even a crime and I might get up to six months in prison.
This arrest occurred just after I sent an email to Chief Constable Roberts, asking why allegations regarding a senior doctor, medical malpractice, the countess of Chester hospital, fraud, NHS data cover up, violence acts and death threats of an NHS Co-worker were not being investigated or even responded to by Cheshire Police. This is still not being investigated.
There is currently a formal complaint lodged, regarding Cheshire Police behaviour, that passes the criteria for mandatory referral to an independent investigation by the IOPC. This is on three separate and distinct counts. It would appear that Chief Constable Roberts, the Professional standards department and Commissioner Price are all deliberately ignoring the legal obligation of their positions by referring it (Rose Vs Manchester Chief Constable). Instead, I have been recently threatened and was also assaulted in Blacon station involving four officers. There is evidence already with Cheshire Police of violent, premeditated and orchestrated abduction by an off duty detective and the subsequent cover up by other staff and the PSD. Cheshire Police are refusing to follow due process of allegations of 17 serious crimes covering NHS and Police staff and instead are trying to convict me for a mis-delivery of a bangle.
I do not know if only a filtered or amended amount of information has been passed to the Cheshire and Merseyside CPS, or if the CPS are following their own nefarious logic due to protectionism, to come to a conclusion to bring on a trial for no crime. Surely, the proof that Cheshire Police have had since before their armed arrest three months ago about a courier mistake that I didn’t arrange, didn’t want and was actively rectifying, will have been passed to the CPS before they made their decision. Why a deliberate lack of due process was followed in investigating key information and is still being ignored, is a mystery that the CPS will have checked before proceeding to trial if they were professional and fundamentally concerned about Justice above all else.
Either way I am entirely on my own against the societal, logistical and legal might of Cheshire Police and CPS and I am terrified of what will happen to me.

I’ve received a phone call from South Yorkshire Police tonight about my reporting on X.
They’ve asked me to delete posts and not to report on Rotherham professionals moving forward even though they’re no reporting restrictions on the case.
I’d like to add, the information I’ve reported came directly from South Yorkshire Police over 6 months ago.
It’s also been in the public domain for over 6 months.
I’d also like to add the police officer didn’t really have a clue what was going on.

Police are seeking the public’s help to locate missing teenagers, 14-year-old Amber Pollock and 13-year-old Bay Giltrap.
Amber and Bay, who are missing from the Bangor area, are believed to be together, and were last seen on Saturday, 11th April.
Amber is approximately 5ft 6, slim build with long dark hair that has a blonde streak. She has a septum piercing and is believed to be wearing a black hoodie, black tracksuit bottoms and black converse. Amber is believed to be carrying a black backpack which has approximately 20 coloured badges on the main face of the backpack.
Bay is approximately 5ft 7, slim build with long red/brown hair. They are believed to be wearing black jeans, black boots, black top and a black hat. Bay may also be carrying a Nike bag and a sleeping bag.
Our enquiries have determined Amber and Bay boarded an early-morning train on Saturday, 11th April from Bangor to Grand Central Station in Belfast.
It is believed Amber and Bay may have travelled to Dublin.
We are appealing to anyone who may have been on the 11:11am train from Bangor to Belfast and seen two young people matching Amber and Bay’s descriptions or where they may went to after they have disembarked, to get in touch with us.
