Pavel Durov, billionaire founder and CEO of the Telegram messaging app, was arrested at the Bourget airport outside Paris on Saturday evening, TF1 TV and BFM TV said, citing unnamed sources. TF1 and BFM both said the investigation was focused on a lack of moderators on Telegram, and that police considered that this situation allowed criminal activity to go on undeterred on the messaging app. scmp.com/news/world/europe/a…

$MSFT GLOBAL TECHNICAL OUTAGE IMPACTS MICROSOFT-BASED PCs A global technical outage impacted computers running Microsoft Windows across the world on Friday. According to several media, airline operations, terminal services, telecommunications companies, TV and radio broadcasters, supermarkets and other critical infrastructure have been taken offline after all Windows machines suddenly BSoD'd (Blue Screen of Death). Cybersecurity company Crowdstrike added that the cause is currently under investigation.
