38% of 🇵🇱 #RecoveryPlan is investments that can either contribute to the #greentransition, or slow it down, depending on how they are implemented. Particularly important will be how much 💶ultimately goes to #naturalgas.

With @sjan_eu from @AMO_cz we updated our analysis of the Czech RRP based on the version adopted by the govt. Progress is meagre, benchmarks lacking, 41% climate spending more than doubtful. I dont see this passing through the @EU_Commission normatives.
