Has any NBA player ever gained 70 pounds in a career?
Shawn Kemp comes to mind, although his Cavs physique and Mario's current one couldn't be more different.
Mario Herzona came into the league at 6'6, 190 lb.
He's 6'9, 260 lb now.
How?
Take a listen to his super scientific answer to the question everyone wants to know #LetEmKnow
Took almost 3 months, but finally got done for Weems. Well deserved.
The team that gave PAUL GEORGE a max deal decided giving James Harden a third season was too risky….when he was 32.
Cavs giving a 37-year-old Harden three years fully guaranteed with a trade kicker is something no other NBA team has felt comfortable doing this decade…
Three guaranteed years for a 37-year-old who led all NBA players in playoff turnovers and shot 29% from three. Should age well.

Cleveland Cavaliers salary cap situation with Peyton Watson.
They could create a $16.7 million trade exception for Max Strus if they fold in the Dennis Schroder trade and absorb Tre Mann into the Lonzo Ball trade exception.
The Cavs have no first-round picks left to trade.
Cavs trading for Peyton Watson was a good move.
For a team that struggled with toughness, however, losing Strus and Schroder this offseason hurts even more.
Always thought Clippers would help get a Watson to Cleveland deal done. Money is close for Peyton as well.
Cavs could now give Jonathan Kuminga the full NTMLE ($6 million/1 or $12.4 million/2 with player option) and have $36.3 million left under the 2nd apron for a new James Harden contract.

.@BleacherReport’s one question to the Charlotte Hornets: “Was this the best time to trade LaMelo Ball?”
@GregSwartzBR saying: “Deciding to trade Ball was a bold move, although it could be justified. Ball's 72 games were more than his previous two seasons combined and his shooting (41.8 percent overall) for his career was a weak point. The return for Ball (Naz Reid, unprotected 2033 first-round pick, three first-round pick swaps, three second-round picks) was perhaps too good to pass up, even if it left a hole at point guard.”

-Cavs land Peyton Watson to start at SF. Still have $34 mil below 1st apron for Harden deal.
-Nuggets out of 2nd apron, add replacement wing and backup center.
-Pistons get Dennis Schröder for free (trade exception).
-Clippers upgrade wing with Johnson, Strus and stay below tax.
Cavs need to get that second year partially or non-guaranteed. Jordan and Curry are only guards in NBA history to average 18-plus points at age 37 or older.
REPORT: There is “anticipation” within the NBA that James Harden will get a deal done this week to stay with the Cavs, per @JakeLFischer

I have the Cavs as the 7th-best starting five right now in a new BR article with Max Strus penciled in as a starter.
If Kenny Atkinson commits to Jaylon Tyson at the 3, the ceiling is higher.
Some Cavs-LeBron thoughts now 24 hours removed:
-76ers got LeBron because of the Jaylen Brown trade, period.
-Cavs messed up by staying quiet. It also would have been the wrong move to do a Mobley-Anthony Davis trade given his health + new extension at $70 mil a year.
The Cavs need to get defensive wing help. LeBron and Kawhi are now in the East, joining Giannis, Tatum, Brown, Jalen Johnson, OG + Mikal, Franz +Paolo and Cade.
An area of weakness is even more of a concern with no Dean Wade now.
