The gibberish sender name, the unbranded link, or the politeness of “sincerely”? 😂
Tom used sans serif and flush left.
Gisele used serif and centered alignment.
Tom did not name Gisele only using "my wife".
Gisele used "Tom" not saying "my husband".

Why not keep the same microsite but when you click link accounts it opens up your Delta app to connect and then your Starbucks app to connect?
Or counter intuitively why not say sign up in one of these 3 urls with the other 2 being delta.com/Starbucks etc.
Morale of the story: in an attempt to co-brand the partnership equally by sending to a new URL it actually causes some anxiety in this phishing world. Especially when dealing with two brands that have such massive transaction histories.
