This is the latest example of what women are subjected to in their DMs.
If it's not dick pics or sexist commentary, it's messages like the one below, wishing harm on them because they won't do what someone wants them to do.
Emotional blackmail and wishing harm is unacceptable!
Warning: Sayed Sader now wishes me to end up like him after I refused to share his posts regularly. Then the pressure in my DMs ramped up and emotional abuse started. If I block him his mental health will be destroyed. I shared one of his posts, I don’t recommend it. 😦 #auspol
At the end of the day, I expect to either be
- ignored
- told I'm wrong
- unfollowed
- blocked
It'll hurt, but I'll understand and respect your decision.
