The problem is that after the appeal rejection they cannot contact YouTube support in any way to clarify the situation. Do you advise me that they contact you through Twitter as I have done? Or what other methods can they use to contact you about this problem? Thanks.

They have appealed but all have been rejected. This is not a separate incident, YouTube has started to remove videos of my game in bulk from several channels while rejecting appeals, the reason I am reaching out to you like this is because we believe this issue is systematic.

Thank you for the response! These are not my channels, I am the developer of the game these creators play. Several channels showing my game are affected. One creator is asking for help on the YouTube forums: support.google.com/youtube/t… Can you guys help our community with this?

My account has not been compromised, and the videos are not showing illegal activities, is there some way to get help resolving this issue? The other avenues to get support has failed, so talking to someone at YouTube seems the only recourse, please?

Two prominent YouTube guide channels youtube.com/channel/UC-0vZp3… + youtube.com/channel/UCI_DWz1… in our game community are receiving strikes and video takedowns. Our game centers around fictional hacking so maybe it is misconstruing this as real hacking, please look into this @TeamYouTube

You need to delete only the “shell obtained” and file “delete file” entries. If you delete all the log you will left a “connection closed” entry, that is suspicious for any admin. For more info check the Trace System section in the game Manual.
