I’m running on Sun for Velindre Cancer Centre-11 miles,Caerphilly Castle to Cardiff Castle. Given that my running has been put on the back burner of late it’s going to be a challenge! We’ll hold a non-uniform day on Friday to raise vital funds for this amazing facility - £1 TIA
