REMEMBER CHRIS BAGLEY? The former UVU police officer who testified that his bodycam stopped recording while investigating the rooftop where the fatal shot was believed to have originated?

But HOLD ON, because the bodycam wasn’t the ONLY questionable detail that emerged from his testimony.
LET’S REVISIT WHAT ELSE HAPPENED.
His bodycam stopped recording during a critical crime-scene investigation. He testified that he found NO spent shell casings during his initial rooftop search. He encountered an armed individual with a badge whose identity he did not know.
He discovered a red-and-black screwdriver and disturbed gravel resembling a possible firing position. He reportedly discovered an empty pistol holster near the shooting scene, raising questions about evidence preservation.
And he did NOT return to the rooftop after his bodycam was charged, citing the chaotic situation.
BUT HERE’S ANOTHER IMPORTANT DETAIL STRAIGHT FROM PAGE 42 OF THE UVU AFTER-ACTION REPORT!
On September 10, 2025, at approximately 11:00 a.m., Dan Flood requested that the Hall of Flags elevated pedestrian walkway be secured.
CHIEF LONG, SERGEANT BEVERIDGE, AND OFFICER CHRIS BAGLEY WENT TO THE WALKWAY.
The report specifically states:
“Sergeant Beveridge and Officer Bagley remained in that area to secure it through the time of the shooting.”
SO CHRIS BAGLEY WASN’T JUST AN OFFICER WHO INVESTIGATED THE ROOFTOP AFTERWARD.
HE WAS ALSO PERSONALLY ASSIGNED TO SECURE AN ELEVATED AREA DURING THE EVENT!
A bodycam interruption. Questions about evidence preservation. An unidentified armed individual. And an officer assigned to elevated-area security who later investigated the suspected firing location

Am I missing something? Prices are on a rocketship in seemingly every category imaginable; inflation, mortgage rates, gas, oil, insurance. Almost everything is up.
I'm starting to lose my mind trying to understand how people can so blatantly gaslight us with such confidence.

The man who raped me, was arrested but never charged. I had REAL evidence, unlike Russell Brand’s accuser.
In my early 20’s after not placing in a bikini modeling competition, I hit the bar to console my hurt pride, then missed my last train.
A father who was much older than me, said “My kids are away from home, you can sleep in their room at my place. Then you can get a train in the morning.”
He took me to other bars and kept buying my drinks. Double vodka and red bull. His friend had tagged along. There would have been CCTV of the man getting me more and more drunk. His friend shared the taxi and heard the narrative that I would sleep in the kids room. There had been NO ROMANTIC activity. The rapist's friend was dropped off, at a different address.
The last thing I remember before I woke up with him inside me, was violently throwing up in his bathroom. (The DNA from my vomit on his bathroom floor, could have been evidence that I was too intoxicated to consent.)
When I woke up during the sexual assault. I froze. Then passed out again. In the morning when I woke up, the man tried to cuddle me, as if nothing happened. I hit him.
As soon as I got to the train station, away from my attacker, I walked up to police officers and burst into tears.
I was taken for a medical examination. Swabs were taken.
A few days after he was arrested, the police called me. The rapist told them I had consented, he told them we were kissing and cuddling. It would be my word against his in court. So no prospect of conviction. No charges were pressed. The only consolation was that the police said the case would be reopened if he tried it with someone else, if another woman came forward.
My rapist walked free.
This is despite;
This man being a stranger to me.
A witness to him buying me alcohol. Then taking me to his home drunk. Assuring me I’d sleep alone, in his kids room, the kid was away from home.
Potential CCTV of the man getting me VERY drunk.
Vomit on his bathroom floor.
Had they took DNA from my mouth, that would have proven he was lying. He said we were kissing.
I went to the police IMMEDIATELY.
Forensic evidence from the police medical examination.
I was naive back then, but I learned to take care of myself better. I have set internal boundaries for myself. I do not drink to excess. If I go on a date, I insist it is in a public place. I would NEVER invite a stranger into my private realm or go to their home.
See why I am not jumping on the narrative against Russell Brand? He has been convicted SOLELY on the word of a groupie. Who says she withdrew consent, after participating willingly in other sexual activities.
She showed up at his home stinking of alcohol, she was in active addiction and cheating on her boyfriend. She did not go to the police (despite knowing he would go on to seduce potentially thousands more women.) She had no forensics. She CHOSE to engage in sexual activity with Brand within minutes of first meeting him. On entering his dressing room after a show.
She likely got her pride hurt, she was an obsessed fan, who would have fantasised about romance with him. He discarded her for the next conquest. She likely would have felt rejected, used, naive and GUILTY, she cheated on her boyfriend.
How is it that the police didn't have a single call, or even a tip from someone who had heard of the alleged crimes, before journalists started poking around?
Had she not spoken to a journalist first (journalists are experts at twisting narratives and sensationalising stories.) Her accusation would not even have reached the police, 17 years later. There’s also inconsistencies in her accounts to others, following the alleged incident.
Going to journalists first, undermines the police. The media have weaponised the court, as a mechanism to generate more headlines, to sell more papers. Headlines which potentially prejudiced the jury!
The HUMAN RIGHT to a fair trial has NOT been upheld.

I watched all 138 minutes of Joe Rogan's interview with @calleymeans. Calley's logic is as follows (my comments are in parentheses):
1. President Trump and RFK Jr. are heroes, the best people on the planet.
2. They keep getting bamboozled by staffers who know the system better, are secretly working for industry, and are demons.
3. Trump and RFK Jr. are completely unaware of these machinations by staffers (in spite of the fact that the details are in the news every day and activists are explaining to them exactly what is going on).
4. When Trump and RFK Jr. find out after the fact that they have been betrayed they are furious (and then do nothing).
(At no point does Joe Rogan ever ask why these betrayals are not met with firings of the people involved.)
5. Trump and RFK Jr. care deeply about these issues but this pattern just keeps happening because this is a structural problem and there is nothing Trump and RFK Jr. can do so we'll just have to pass a Constitutional amendment some day to address the problem of lobbyists. (The details of this proposed Constitutional amendment are never described.)
That's the interview. 2 hours and 18 minutes of this logic over and over again.

In point of fact, Trump or RFK Jr. could pull the Covid shots tomorrow. Trump or RFK Jr. could have stopped the approval of the Moderna mRNA flu shot or flavored vapes but refused to use their legal authority to do so. Both men know EXACTLY what is happening but they do nothing because THEY are captured by industry.
The Informed Consent Action Network even sent a letter to @SecKennedy back in June listing twenty things he could do with the stroke of a pen (no Congressional approval or committee meetings necessary) to reform the vaccine program to make it safer and none of those reforms have happened.

The details of the rape charge Russell Brand was convicted of are as follows: A woman who had a threesome with him and put her tongue in his anus five minutes after meeting him (whilst in a relationship) later claimed that non-consensual anal sex occurred. As much as I’ve always disliked Brand, her account is dubious. There was no forensic evidence, no CCTV footage, no physical evidence of any sort and the report was made 20 years after the alleged incident took place.
A more plausible explanation is that Brand, being the degenerate he is, used the woman for his pleasure, and rudely discarded her afterwards. Regretting a sexual encounter is not the same as rape. Brand faces 10-15 years for this charge alone (if her account is true, I am gladdened by the punishment).
However, compare Brand’s case to that of Jameel Ahmed, a Pakistani in Bradford convicted of four counts of rape of a 12 year old girl. He was sentenced to just 8 years, and with the early release scheme he is likely out in a few years. In Ahmed’s case, unlike Brands, there was both forensic and physical evidence. 8 years.
Britain has a two-tier justice system. It’s as simple as that.

All it takes is a woman saying that a man raped her 20 years ago. No evidence. Just her word and the vibes. And just like that, prison. Meanwhile his word? Zero weight. Only what she says matters.
Those cheering Russell Brand’s conviction should understand what’s at stake. The judicial system is a cornerstone of Western civilisation. And now we know with 100 percent certainty that it’s completely corrupt.
Justice was not served, this is the opposite of that.

The "you only have yourselves to blame" comment is a continuation and acceleration in what has been a noticeable change in the president's tone toward the American People, even his own voters.
It saddens me to see, because I believe he started his journey in politics from an earnest place wanting to help the people of this country. I remember his CPAC speech before he announced back in 2015 and I saw a man with sincere concern for the future of this country.
Now, we routinely see and hear frustration, and something that irrefutably passes for contempt. Believe me when I tell you, voters saw it too.
I have been pointing it out and speaking about this since the first time it reared up—when he fired off "I don't want your support anymore". That was followed up repeatedly with "MIGA" posts in the face of supporter worries that he was being distracted by the war lobby before Operation Midnight Hammer.
It was reinforced with comments like "Americans have no talent" in his interview with @IngrahamAngle, who looked just as stunned to hear it because she almost certainly remembers the man I do.
And that was a man who cared deeply for his country and the people in it, not just those who supported him.
I know it. I've seen it, and because being genuine is so rare in this business, especially at that level, it was hard to miss.
But that has not been the case this entire second administration, and voters saw it. Contrary to popular belief in the world of politics, voters collectively are NOT stupid. They saw it. They heard it. They felt it.
Last Tuesday, they rejected it along with the rest. It's just so sad to see it come to this and tragic his advisors either don't care enough about him or don't have the spine to confront it, even though that IS their job.

Rob Gronkowski tok to his Instagram to issued a direct statement calling out Turning Point and clarifying that he and Camille Kostek “are not endorsed by or affiliated with Turning Point USA.” He explained that they simply stopped at Goffstown High School, crossed the street when fans called out, took a few pictures, signed some items, and left. They interacted with people across the political spectrum. He described the resulting narratives as “upsetting and eye opening” and said an “innocent moment” was “stripped of context and turned into clickbait.
This was prompted by Tyler Bowyer who uploaded 2 videos of Rob Gronkowski at New Hampshire polling places on Election Day and framed them as evidence that people should go vote with Turning Point. Bowyer, the COO of Turning Point Action, shared footage of Gronkowski near their tent with the caption “WOW Rob Gronkowski sightings at New Hampshire polling places! TIME TO GO VOTE.” The post was clearly designed to create the impression of celebrity support and organizational involvement.
Using unplanned, non-endorsed celebrity footage to imply GOTV participation or organizational support is deceptive. Celebrity sightings near a tent do not equal endorsement, Context matters. This is the same pattern of unethical behavior that has defined the organization under Tyler Bowyer's watch. They take a real moment, strip the facts, and repackage it for propaganda. The midterms already exposed how little influence they actually have. Incidents like this show why.

Breaking: @AAGDhillon just resigned. I noticed that she didn't tweet about it.
She is a disgrace. She tweeted and went on podcasts and leftist media talk shows and talked tough, but it was all window dressing. She allowed the civil rights division to be run by the same career deep state attorneys who ran it under Biden.
I was senior counsel to her for almost a year and watched her allow the deep state to persist.
She sat idly by as the DOJ Civil Rights Division - under her name - persecuted @RTTL_Official and @Aarvoll_ because they are WHITE.
She ignored the cries of January 6 defendants and current prisoners in the DC Jail and refused to even do a minimal investigation in to the myriad of civil and human rights abuses.
She did not meet with a single J6 defendant or any victim of weaponization.
I tried to help people, and she blocked me. She said expressly that our job was to "protect the DOJ."
I made all of these allegations on @TuckerCarlson @brandonstraka and @emeraldrobinson. She didn't respond because she cannot deny it.
She is a fraud. She is a failure. She is a disgrace.
While I have some gratitude that she hired me - she told me and others expressly that she did not want to hire me and only did so because other people pressured her to. She didn't want to hire me because I am not part of the elitist lawyer class that she so desperately wants to be a part of. I did not go to Harvard or Yale (though she only went to -- ugh -- Dartmouth). She didn't like that I was a second career attorney with an unusual background. She only likes those who are brought up through the system and molded to compliance and obedience to authority.
She wasted the first two years of the Trump Presidency. She made no impact whatsoever. Any accomplishment that she claims can be rolled back in a second by the next administration.
And the person who will take over, most likely @jesus_osete is no better. You never heard of him, but now he's in charge of securing your civil rights, and he's been nominated to be a federal judge. Good luck with that.
If President Trump is serious about securing any semblance of a legacy other than one of disgrace, he must immediately fire all of these elitist lawyers and hire regular Americans who know what the system is and hate the system and come to Washington with only two goals: to emancipate the tens of thousands of Americans who are victims of DOJ/FBI weaponization, and to dismantle these destructive tools of weaponization so that they can never be used against American citizens again in the future.
Mr. President, thank you for your attention to this matter.
