Had a very productive week working with Birmingham Probation.....Within 48 hours of initially meeting a young person within the criminal justice system i have successfully secured them a Full Time Job & Faith that people are really out here to help!! #GroMentoring #LetsGro

Great session in @ColeshillHeath today where we spoke about consequences of our actions. We also spoke about where and what good behaviour can get you in life and my rings were the topic of such behaviour.....

💙A young person didn’t want to participate in lessons this morning. Our mentor sat down with him and they went through it together? With some encouragement and motivation, it became a positive day. Which is important for building habits that last. @ColeshillHeath 💙
