"Decriminalisation"? Canada tried that. As of January this year, it was all recriminalised due to the sharp rise in anti-social behaviour, drug taking near schools, overdoses, hospital admissions etc. So basically, all the problems that industry professionals warned would happen, actually happened.

The Scottish Government are still spending far beyond their means, funded by taxpayers and businesses and an annual £25bn deficit.
Scotland cannot keep being taxed more and more.
👉 Last year Scot’s paid an EXTRA £1.5bn in income tax on the previous year (thanks SNP),
👉 Scottish businesses paid an EXTRA £2.4bn in National Insurance (thanks Labour),
👉 And Scottish property owners £100m more in LBTT (thanks SNP).
