I adore Ali! Like serious girl crush material. The attitude! The slighly chaotic imperfect unapologetic realness of the woman! The concept of time travel meaning that Elly could literally take Ali anywhere at anytime!

Got up an hour early this morning to finish this beauty by @cathrynkemp. I love getting my history in fiction form and this is a brilliant example of why. They Can’t Burn Us All is a feminist retelling of Iceland’s notorious Kirkjuból witch trials. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
