Its own materials also reference a network of 150,000+ professionals, which aligns with the scale XDC is highlighting. So strategically, the fit is obvious. If XDC wants to deepen its role in trade finance and commodities, direct access to commodity-trading circles, executive roundtables and institutional visibility in Geneva is exactly the kind of positioning you would expect. And this is where it gets interesting. XDC is not trying to insert itself into commodities as a side narrative. Its broader ecosystem already leans heavily into trade finance infrastructure, including tokenization of trade finance assets, commodities, invoices and other instruments through projects like TradeFinex and XDC Trade Network.
