Wish Sky would stop apologising for bad language.
The lad on his winning pen, “I smashed it in and then ran like fuck.”
The interviewer then apologised to which he replied, “oh shit”.
Lower division football is great.
I thought this was our ceiling. Never thought we’d get any higher than this (mid table in the 2nd tier).

This ‘let’s keep him under the radar’ shit is getting a bit difficult…… #afcb
Simply having a current Boscombe player at the Ballon d’Or awards is mind blowing.

A sensational 2025/26 breakthrough season has earned Junior Kroupi a Junior Ballon d’Or nomination 🍒🏆
He’ll be at tonight’s ceremony after earning his place among the nominees 👏
But what is the award, and who is he up against? 👇

Watch James Hill’s tackle near the corner flag on about 82 minutes that went out for a goal kick and not a corner. The microphone picked him up shouting “get in” clearly desperate to keep a 4th clean sheet in a row. A definite future England player in the making. #afcb 🍒

Bournemouth’s excellence should not be overlooked in all the inevitable forensic frenzy over Manchester United’s shambles. Deserved 3-0 winners at Old Trafford. 5-0 would not have flattered them. They targeted United's weaknesses - openness in midfield, lack of belief, pace and concentration at the back. Bournemouth superior in every department to United, including off the field in recruitment and general running of a club.
Bournemouth's starting XI at Old Trafford cost only £169.5m. How much is the MOTM Rayan worth now? At least double the £24m Bournemouth paid for him. Or James Hill, who cost them £1.6m. Superb today. Or Evanilson, Bournemouth’s goal machine, the king of Brazil, the No 9 who scored one of the goals of the month, and was relentless in his pursuit of the ball and pressing United’s creaking defence. Cost £31m; worth double now. At least.
Or the widely-coveted Junior Kroupi returning from injury. Cost Bournemouth £12m; already featured in £80m headlines. Smart recruitment. Good characters as well as good characters.
Good performances throughout. Again. Four wins on the spin, four clean sheets in a row, 11 goals scored. Players fitting into Marco Rose’s tweaking of the successful system he inherited; more breaking at pace through the middle as well as wing-play. Board’s appointment of Rose looking shrewd. Well-run team, well-run club 🙌 #AFCB🍒
Leaked Ballon d’Or result.
There’s quality. And then there’s James Hill.
What a performance today. My MoM.

The most comfortable 3-0 win you’ll ever see. Should have scored at least 6.
Battering both AC Milan and Man U in the space of 4 days is simply the stuff of dreams.
Up the Cherries. In all departments.
#afcb
It would appear that Man U are playing today as there’s been 30 mins of coverage exclusively about them on Sky.
I wonder who they’re playing? Guess we’ll find out at 2pm.

Virtually every team in the EFL has thumped us at some point in their history so I’m glad our win yesterday is giving these guys & gals something good to remember.

Vs AC Milan. I mean, wtf, happened last night?!?
Honestly, how am I supposed to sleep after that?

Scandlous @afcbournemouth Absolute disgrace. I guess you’re looking for someone to take Bournemouth to the next level? There isn’t a ‘next level’ This is it. There is no more. I remember Charlton wanting to do the same. How did that work out?
Just home. Wow. What a night.
The highlight was definitely Diakite kicking the ball into his own face and conceding a corner.
I quite enjoyed beating AC Milan too.
UP. THE. CHERRIES.
