Nurturing the Next Generation of Leaders in Our Schools. Leadership is not about a title or position; it is about responsibility, service, integrity and the ability to inspire others. Today, a Leaders’ Induction was held at St. Geralds S.S. Nyakibale, bringing together student leaders from Kinyasano Girls High School, Rwabukoba S.S, and Makobore High School, alongside their hosts at St. Geralds. The engagement equipped young leaders with knowledge, values and practical skills to help them lead with confidence, discipline and purpose. It was encouraging to see young people from different schools come together, learn from one another and embrace the responsibility that comes with leadership in the Red Cross Clubs. When we invest in young leaders, we are not only strengthening our schools today, we are shaping responsible citizens and leaders for tomorrow, as well as future humanitarians. #Youths #YouthLeadership @UgandaRC_Youths
